Katrina Loukas

It was founded by social entrepreneur Katrina Loukas – author and previous ambassador of the Sydney Hub for Systems Innovation.

Katrina’s expertise has shaped the company into the next-gen people development company it is today. As a polymath she draws from her work as a successful advanced behaviour specialist; process-oriented psychotherapist; complex systems leader; teacher; & senior researcher of statistical modelling specializing in time series analysis of interventions.

Katrina knows data and she sure knows heart.
