Benefits
Our BlissCraft program builds villages. Villages that reinstate psychological comfort and socially nourishing work spaces. And in doing so creates the environment to foster ignited motivation and enhanced performance.
Our lateral, systems-thinking, trauma-informed, data-savvy approach, implemented by accredited practitioners with current professional association, create flourishing environments rich in positive interpersonal dynamics using evidence-based approaches.
Mental health initiatives traditionally focus on the individual while ignoring psychosocial dynamics & complexities. We target both.
We are out-of-the-box, critical thinkers who are warm, compassionate, and persevering.
We know it takes a village, and so we build it. Using evidence-based, systems-design principles. For workplaces and human-service settings.
Situationships

Because psychosocial hazards emerge via behaviours. So why not employ lifehacking Specialist Behavioural practitioners to help overcome problematic situations and challenges with insightful strategies advisory sessions?
Data-driven, heart-centred, trauma-informed.
Giving you peace of mind and a thriving team.

We want to get to know you, work with you, discover your potential, together; all without the heavy cloak of ‘seriousness’.
Our founder Katrina Loukas says her passion to assist people in the psychosocial space is based on her observations: of their frustration with consensus reality’s focus on what they’re missing rather than the goldmine in their strengths; and trying to ‘fix’ their behaviour.
Katrina explains “we are all interconnected so therefore no-one exists alone; and thus no-one’s ‘behaviours’ exist independently of: the system they are in, their social circle, and the supports surrounding them.
That is why we not only focus on the individual, but also the interrelational and interdependent complexities that emerge within social settings such as workplaces.”
